Create your own fancy frames using the Heirloom Frames Dies and 3D Embossing Folders. The detailed impressions on these die cut frames create great card fronts.

Today’s tip will help you line up your frames for embossing. First you will die cut the oval or rectangle shapes. You will then have 3 die cut shapes.

Then you should take the center cut out and adhere it to the center of the embossing folder. Make sure to line it up as best you can. Once you have lined this up, it can stay on the folder and you can reuse it again and again.

This makes it much easier to center the frame over the embossing folder. (like a puzzle piece)

Then you can run this through your embossing machine and it will create a beautiful centered design on the frame.

Here are a couple cards I made with these die cut embossed frames.

This card is a shaker card. I made a window frame with Window Sheets and used Foam Adhesive Strips to lift up the frame. I put the Woven Threads Sequin Assortment in the middle.

The Woven Threads Suite Bundle is amazing and you can check it out on the Stampin’ Up! page by clicking the picture below!
